Ella O'Neil in 1948
According to the PTA Handbook, 1965-66, Miis O'Neil was retired and living at 811 S. Franklin. She died July 7, 1989, at the age of 94, having been born on December 18, 1894. Her obituary appeared in the Mt. Pleasant Morning Sun on July 11, 1989, p. 2, cols. 3-4:
